- Duration of Stay
The stay is concluded for a fixed duration and cannot be extended beyond the agreed period.
- Minimum Duration: Two nights minimum.
- Maximum Capacity: Two persons per reservation.
- Children: Children under 16 years of age can only be accommodated upon prior request.
- Reservation Formalities
After receiving your reservation, we will send you a written confirmation by email (or by postal mail if no email address is provided). No deposit will be required. Payment must be made in full via our website www.charentelocation.com.
Please note that if you do not arrive on the scheduled date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and reassign the rooms. - Reservation Cancellation
- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge and the full amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued, unless the rooms are rebooked for the same period.
- In the case of early departure during the stay, the total payment for the original reservation remains due, with no possibility of a refund.
- Arrival Time
The client must arrive on the day of the reservation, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. and no later than 8:00 p.m. If you are delayed, please notify us by phone at +33 6 71 04 96 91. Please avoid arriving after 10:00 p.m. - Departure Time
Departure time is set for 10:00 a.m. at the latest. - Security Deposit
A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the property, minus any costs for necessary repairs. - Modification of Reservation
Any modification to the reservation is possible subject to prior approval by Mrs. Dominique GALY, and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance, as no cancellation insurance is included in our rates.
