Article 1 / Duration of Stay
The client signing this contract, concluded for a fixed duration, shall under no circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period.
Specific Conditions:
Children: Children under 16 years of age can only be accommodated upon prior request.
Minimum Duration: A stay of at least two nights is required.
Maximum Capacity: Two persons per reservation.
Article 2 / Booking Procedures
After receiving your booking, we will send you a written confirmation via email, or by postal mail if no email address is provided. Unlike other booking methods, no deposit will be required. Full payment must be made in cash upon arrival. Please note that if you are not present on the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and reclaim the rooms. By confirming your booking, you fully and unreservedly accept the general terms and conditions outlined below.
Article 3 / Cancellation of Stay by the Client
Any modification to the booking is subject to the prior approval of Madame Dominique GALY and may incur additional fees. In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge and the full amount paid will be refunded.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made, unless the rooms are rebooked for the same period.
In the event of an early departure during the stay, the total payment for the original reservation remains due, with no possibility of a refund.
Article 4 / Cancellation Insurance
Please note that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to purchase one.
Article 5 / Cancellation of Stay by the Owner
If, prior to the start of the stay, the owner is forced to cancel the booking, they must immediately inform the client via email. The client will then be fully refunded for any payments already made.
Article 6 / Arrival Time
The client must arrive on the day specified in the booking, no earlier than 5:00 p.m. and no later than 8:00 p.m. The client must inform us by phone if, due to unforeseen circumstances, they are forced to arrive after this time frame (call +33 6 71 04 96 91). Whenever possible, please avoid arriving after 10:00 p.m.
Article 7 / Departure Time
The departure time for the rooms is set at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Article 8 / Security Deposit or Guarantee
A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon arrival.
The owner reserves the right to cash the security deposit.
The deposit will be returned to the client after a property inspection by the owner, minus any necessary deductions for repairs or replacement of provided items and equipment. If the deposit is insufficient, the client agrees to pay the difference, based on the receipts provided by the owner.
Article 9 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 10 / Code of Conduct and Use of the Premises
To ensure the tranquility of the premises and the comfort of all guests, certain standards of conduct are expected. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. The client agrees to respect general guidelines for communal living and to comply with these terms and conditions.
The client agrees to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to report – and financially cover – any damages they may cause.
Guests are reminded that minors on the property are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Madame Dominique GALY will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for any injuries occurring on the premises, regardless of the cause.
Article 11 / Changes to the Terms of Sale
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and adherence to these terms are considered binding as soon as the deposit is paid.
Article 12 / Data Protection
In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. We commit to never sharing your information with other companies or organizations.
Article 13 / Disputes or Claims
If the claim concerns the condition of the premises or the descriptive state of the rental, it must be submitted in writing within seven days of arrival. The owner and client should strive for an amicable resolution. For other disputes, the client may contact a representative body at any time without limitation.
